The Homewood Park and Recreation Board would like to introduce the new Senior Center Director, Aimee Thornton. Aimee comes to us from the senior retirement community with years of  knowledge and experience. We are excited to welcome Aimee to our park family.

The Homewood Senior Center offers a variety of programs, facilities and services to our Senior population. Programs include dance classes, board games, arts & crafts, entertaining performances and exercise classes. Educational programs include weekly computer coaching and periodic lectures/presentations on history, finances, safe driving, health and writing. Some of the services offered by the Senior Center include County-sponsored Lunches for $1, limited transportation service and health fairs offering flu shots. Facilities at the Center include a Health/Fitness Room, Computer Lab and Game Room.  For more specific information about the Center you can call (205) 332-6500.

Rental Deposit: $100.00 damage deposit is required for use of electronic equipment and there is a $100.00 cleaning fee if the area is left unclean.
