COVID-19 SCREENING FORM – Wrestling
Homewood Wrestling program is designed to teach and enhance each individual’s techniques and abilities through technique drilling, live drilling situations and learning new moves and skills as well as enhance their physical conditioning. This is a program that has helped build 5 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS at Homewood High School and 35 Individual State Titles! Through the early development of our wrestlers we have built a strong foundation for future success.
To be the best you have to beat the best!
Coaches will concentrate on wrestling technique, situation wrestling, physical conditioning and mental strategies. This program is designed to develop the CHAMPION wrestler! Freestyle and Greco will be introduced. Traveling and competing is encouraged as it is the next step to each athlete’s development.
