Homewood Community Center Amenities: 2 Gymnasiums; Fitness Center with cardio, weight machines & free weight equipment; 2 Lane indoor walking/jogging track; 2 Fitness Studios; Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms; Vending Lounge area; Rental Event Room and Free Wifi.

Homewood Central Pool Amenities: 8 Lane 25 yard Competition Pool; Splash Park (Wet Playground); Zero depth entrance ramp; Water vortex; Concession Area; Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms and Party Room for rentals.

Total Access Memberships

Total Access Paid Annually:
$175 – 1st Household Member
$40 – per additional household member
* If paid up front membership charges cap at $350 *
* Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase *

Senior Total Access Paid Annually:
$70 – 1st Household Member (Age 55+)
$10 – 2nd adult age 55 and over / $40 – if 2nd adult is 54 and under
$40 – per additional household member age 22 & under
* Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase *
* One Senior Total Access Membership per household *

Total Access Charged/Debited Monthly (12 Month Contract Required):
$20.00 – 1st Household Member

$4.00 – per additional household member
* After 12 month contract is completed membership will continue to renew on a monthly basis until 30-days written notice is received *

Total Access Memberships include: Homewood Community Center, Lee Community Center, Homewood Senior Center (member must be 55 years of age), Homewood Central Pool, and The Pool @ Patriot Park.
(HWCC: Members must be 14 years of age to enter the fitness center and 11 years of age to use the track)

Monday – Friday: 5:30am – 9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Homewood Community Center Event Room Rentals

4 Hour Minimum Rental Required

Event Room has banquet style accommodations (tables & chairs) for a maximum of 75 guests.

Hourly rate during community center hours of operation:
Homewood Resident: $50 per hour
Non-Resident: $100 per hour

Hourly rate outside community center hours of operation*:
Homewood Resident: $75 per hour

Non-Resident: $150 per hour

*Must be approved by administrative staff

Homewood Parks & Recreation Guest Policy

Effective: December 1, 2015

  • 1 guest per member per day.
  • Guest fee: $5.00 per facility entered
  • Guest admittance to pools and community centers have separate registration and fees each day. Registration of a guest must be made in person by the member with the guest present. Guest access at Homewood Community Center is limited to gymnasium and track.
  • The ability to register a youth guest is a privilege of Adult (18+) members only. Members under 18 years of age may only register adult guests that are family relatives (18+).
  • Members under 18 years of age must have their member parent/guardian register a guest under 18 years of age.
  • Guests 16 years and older must present a photo ID, preferably a driver’s license, upon each visit. Additionally, guests should be prepared to provide their birthdates, address, phone number and emergency contact. Guests under 18 years will also provide parent/guardian information.
  • Guests 12-18+ years, as described above, must be accompanied by a member for all visits.
  • Youth guests, 0-11 years, must be accompanied by an adult member, 18 years or older at all times while in our facilities.
  • We ask that members inform their guests that the registration process may take up to 15 minutes.
  • Homewood Parks & Recreation reserves the right to refuse guest privileges due to previous actions, occupancy levels, or program usage of the facility.
