360 Personal Trainer Fitness

Bootcamp style classes meet at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:30am – “Functional Strength Training”

Class Location: Homewood Community Center / Homewood Central Park


Fee Structure

Daily fee: $20.00 per athlete
Monthly fee: $120.00 per athlete (unlimited classes)

Personal Training: one on one sessions at $65.00 per hr
(cheaper packages are available with a long term commitment)

We are a group of highly trained Personal trainers that take a holistic sustainable approach to Fitness. Our classes are open to folks of all ages and fitness levels; we will be adding more classes as per demand.

Michael BrooksHello my name is Michael Brooks I’m the head Coach here at 360personaltrainer.com I can not tell you how excited we are to have the opportunity to work with the Homewood community. A little background on myself and the 360personaltrainer approach to Fitness. I ‘m 51 years old I’ve been married for 25 years and have a 10 year old in 4th grade. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since 1987. In that time I have seen lots of fitness fads come and go over the years  and in that time I have come to the simple conclusion that  a “holistic sustainable approach to Fitness” is best at all ages . We train folks from 9 to  90 years old.

If you just run or just lift weights or just stretch you can not be fully functional or your best self. our classes are programmed to be just that holistic in that we strive to strengthen all the parameters of health and wellness:

– Cardio vascular health
– Strength or better yet functional strength; strength that translates into everyday life
– Flexibility or mobility so you can move freely, pain free.
– Diet: we are happy to offer advice on diet if you really want to change your body composition the old saying’s “You can not run away from a bad diet” or “abs are made in the kitchen” are so true.

We are always available to offer assistance in and out of the gym; we know that the hour you spend with us is important but, equally important is what you do and don’t do the other 23 hours you are not with us. You must eat and supplement your diet correctly, get good sleep and try to manage stress so we are always available to take questions and offer advice to all our athletes within our community.
