New Yoga Class with TreeniYoga

The class will be in the Vinyasa style (“flowing with breath”), suitable for all levels (modifications and fuller expressions of poses will be cued) and is a style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with breath. Our flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

Laura is a RYT-200ytt instructor, Exercise Physiologist and athlete with a background in physiology, rehabilitation and research that has led her to understand the body and has seen the positive effects that yoga has through personal practice and training. Private and semi-private classes also available. Namaste!
