Yoga Class

Class Type: Modified Yoga Class for seniors, 30 minutes modified to utilize a chair, then a shorter standing portion and lastly a portion of yoga on floor mats which are provided (participants may opt for 1, 2, or all 3 portions).

When: Mondays at 2:30pm

Price: FREE for Senior Center Members; $5 guest fee for non-member seniors
